Online Instructor Login to access the Gradebook Assistant

This tool does NOT submit your midterm or final grades from Blackboard to Colleague. To do that, you must use the Submit Grades tool inside Blackboard (see Submit Grades Tutorial).

If you are teaching an Online class, you can use this Gradebook Assistant to help rename your downloaded gradebook to the format required by CTAM (Centralized Tuition Assistance Management) for record-keeping purposes. See Detailed Instructions for Downloading and Submitting Your BB Gradebook to CTAM.

Your username is lowercase c followed by your seven-digit CTC ID. If necessary, add leading zeros to reach seven digits.

Your password is your date of birth in numeric format: 2-digit month, 2-digit day, and last two digits of the year : mmddyy.
